I LOVE this cartoon I used to watch it every Saturday when it was on the TV and whever I see it billed in the paper as comming on TV the world stops for that period of time its on... so I drew Bert Racoon on my little pad thing and colored it in in pencil. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
