Now heres something I should have uploaded a LONG time ago. I did this last year for one of my classes at university.
We were asked to create a 3D interior of our choice and I decided to do a bar, seeing as I spend so much time drinking in them.
Its called the Butterfield after a character in the comedy sketch show "The Peter Serafinowicz Show".
There was a video going around the class of his character Brian Butterfield talking about his diet plan. All the sketches with this character involve some scheme thats just poor and never works. It was hilarious so I made the bar look as if it was one of his hair brained schemes.
So I made it all run down and dilapidated looking... TV's on the fritz, dirty pint glasses, stools up on the bar... a real dive of a bar that you wouldn't be seen dead in.
Its still not perfect... specially around the strip light... but after waiting for 6 hours to get to this render... I'll just leave it right now and tweak it again another time.
Hope you like it.
***UPDATE*** Changed a few things and rendered this one out again. I think it looks a lot better now.
The last render you have done to this has made this really good, the glasses look so much better. The candlelight looks awesome, it fits the place really well!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
